Shipping & Returns
- United States: 2 - 5 business days after shipment
- Canada & Mexico: 1 - 3 weeks after shipment
- International / Overseas: 2 - 9 weeks after shipment
All orders come with a USPS tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may stop updating once crossing the border.
If your order has been damaged while in transit or is incorrect upon arrival, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, as well as photos of the damaged/incorrect items within 30 days of delivery so I can help.
Returns & Exchanges
My return policy lasts within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return for any reason, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that only fully priced items may be returned (no sale/clearance items).
Customer must ship back the items within 7 days of initiating the refund and include a tracking number. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item(s). Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Return to sender orders
If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not mine (incorrect address provided, order was not picked up at post office, package refused, etc.) you may elect to either have your order reshipped if an alternative address is provided and a re-shipment fee paid, OR you may be refunded for the order minus the shipping fee.
